A little about me
My journey with yoga started early - introduced to me by my mum for its quality-of-life benefits. But as an avid runner, I quickly realised how yoga kept me stronger, more mobile, and injury-free.
After four decades of running, including marathons. I've experienced first-hand how yoga is a game-changer for runners.
Knee Surgery Recovery - Yoga helped me rebuild strength, listen to my body, and return to
running - pain-free.
Lower Back Injury - After a back injury at work, yoga became my key to relieving pain, strengthening my back, and managing sciatica.
These experiences fuelled my passion for helping others, leading me to become a certified yoga teacher. Now, I help runners over 40 move better, feel stronger, and run pain-free - because I know first-hand that yoga works.
