Terms and Conditions
Private 1:1 and Group Classes

  • All group class sessions, single private and block private classes, as well as drop-in purchases, are non-refundable

  • Group and private classes are for the sole use of the purchaser and may not be transferred from the person for whom they are purchased to any other individual

  • Any unused Group classes may be transferable to another class by prior arrangement

  • Private classes are not scheduled until they have been paid for

  • Any cancellations - be it courses, group or private classes - must be notified to me via email/website contact form. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full amount

  • Should I need to cancel for any reason, sessions will be rescheduled to a time that suits all parties

  • By placing an order you confirm to having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions

     

Privacy Policy

All data - including your name, email address and health forms collected through the contact page on my website or through your free opt-in - are stored in Mailerlite, an email processing tool which complies with all worldwide data privacy laws including GDPR.

Class attendance and confirmation of payments made are also stored in my spreadsheets. If you have attended sessions with me, I will have a record of the amount of money you have paid, dates and class attendance. I hold this data in order to comply with HMRC tax requirements.

I may use your data to keep you updated of any changes to classes, or to share yoga-related news, via Mailerlite or directly from me. Your data will not be shared with any other parties without your express consent.

You can delete your data at any time by using the unsubscribe link in Mailerlite or by contacting me directly.

I will be using Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information. I will not make or give permission for Google to make any attempt to find out the identity of those visiting my website.
